This 50-story hi-rise is a conceptual design for YouTuber Sebastian Ghiorgiu. The idea here was to have a simulation of what his dream project looks like. The building showcases a Mixed-Use podium with F&B, Retail, and other amenities. and the upper floors contain hotels, condos, and penthouses at the top. This is one of My favorite projects so far!
