Project Description
The project team assisted Anderson Housing, Inc. in developing a strategy for creating affordable quality housing opportunities of all types to low-and moderate-income families they serve now and in the future. We identified areas of economic energy and explored custom sustainable architecture that could be developed on infill lots within the city.
To plan, design, and develop such meaningful work is a difficult process for any city. Such an endeavor demanded purposeful attention to not only the physical aspects of their existing built environment, but the social, cultural, and economic needs of residents as well.
