Project Description
In this Phase 1 Engagement, the team provided consultancy services to help Ascension St Vincent (ASV), a prominent healthcare anchor, in advancing its goals to expand its campus with a $325M capital investment. Our team possessed a passion that aligned with the organization’s foundational aim of providing care and services to those in need. The goal of our engagement was to help in garnering the necessary support from key stakeholders, internal and external, within the initial phases to establish the framework to build upon in the next phase of execution. Our in-depth and robust approach provided ASV with rich content and recommendations to make the required executive decisions for near-and long-term success.
